About Ascendance of the Rift Ascendance of the Rift is a pre-alpha sci-fi fantasy experience designed for testers to explore core gameplay mechanics, controls, and combat systems. 

This early version focuses on learning and refining the game’s mechanics, including weapons, skills, armor, vehicle handling, and interactive elements like unlocking doors. Set in a galaxy fractured by dimensional rifts, the game blends futuristic warfare with Viking mythology, where ancient warriors, spacefaring factions, and powerful artifacts shape the fate of the cosmos. As a tester, you’ll navigate through three distinct world zones, transitioning between them to test different environments, interactions, and gameplay scenarios. 

At this stage, Ascendance of the Rift is LAN-only with no online multiplayer functionality yet. This build is focused on gameplay testing, optimization, and refining mechanics before expanding into larger-scale multiplayer. This is just the beginning.
